私のような自営は自分で広報を見て、 積極的に行くようにしなければ自分を守れません。
ものを食べて心も体もリフレッシュ ４月の東京以来かな ・・・かれこれ１か月半前だぁ〜 自然食品を使っ しかも先日の眼科でのアドバイスが気にかかる。
夕べ、ＭＲＩで検索してみた。
いわゆる脳ドックは東京では２８ヶ所、埼玉では５ヶ所。
意外に少ない････ その中で目を引いたのは、戸田公園駅最寄の戸田中央病院と渋谷駅傍の二箇所。
当然 木原光知子さんといえば東京五輪で活躍した水泳選手。
スラリとして、美しくて、水泳選手としても超一流。
こんなことには縁がないと思っていたことだろう！ 脳ドックを受けたこともなかったのだろうか？ 自分の健康に過信は禁物。
本当にすぐボケてしまいますからね！ 笹沼先生のお話を聞いて危機感を抱いた私は、後日、東京クリニックで「脳ドック」を受けてみることに。
何か準備がいるのかと思いきや、何も用意する必要はなし。
前日の食事制限もなし。
